This really helped when I was getting treatment for my plantar fasciitis and was still experiencing pain while walking and running. After 3 rounds of cortisone shots, custom made orthotics, and 8 weeks not running I am now pain free. I used these a lot when I started running again for extra support, and they really helped.

Great little support sock- I have some spurs in my ankle and occasionally get painful flare ups. Ortho said a support sock was a good idea. These are just what I'd hoped for.
